Environmentally relevant microplastic reference materials (microplastic standards) with known quantities and a defined particle size distribution, maintaining less than 20% relative standard deviation per dosage. Suitable for microscopy and spectroscopy techniques. Each sample is uniquely prepared to meet your specifications, with data based onfour subsamples from each individual sample, presented in a comprehensive certificate of analysis (COA).
Our microplastic fragments are derived from the cryomilling of raw macroplastic. The fragments are cascade-sieved through 1000 µm (1.0 mm) and 500 µm (0.5 mm) filter membranes.
Fragments 500-1000 µm are only available in dry, neat format with a guranteed relative standard deviation (RSD) below 30% with known quantities within size groups. All samples are accompanied by a comprehensive certificate of analysis (COA) similar to EasyMP™ samples.
